Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By booking a session with ACE Mobile Massage ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Our Service
ACE Mobile Massage provides mobile spa and relaxation sessions delivered to your home, hotel, or office within the Las Vegas metropolitan area. Sessions include Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, and hot stone styles.
Our service is intended for relaxation and comfort. It is not a medical treatment, physical therapy, or clinical care. If you have a medical condition, injury, or concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before booking.
3. Bookings
- Bookings are made by phone or WhatsApp.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after our team has verbally or in writing confirmed the time, location, and style.
- Same-day bookings are often available but not guaranteed.
- You must be 18 years or older to book a session.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate address and a safe, clean environment for the session.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule at no cost up to 1 hour before your scheduled session.
- Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session price.
- No-shows (therapist arrives and the client is not present or unreachable) are billed in full.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to therapist availability, safety concerns, or conditions outside our control. In such cases you will be refunded in full or offered a new time at no charge.
5. Payment
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept major credit cards and cash.
- Gratuity is appreciated but never required.
- Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card details.
6. Conduct
To maintain a safe, respectful experience for both clients and our team:
- Treat your therapist with courtesy and respect at all times.
- Our therapists are professionals delivering a relaxation service. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or request outside the scope of the booked session is cause for the therapist to immediately end the session. In such cases, the full session fee is forfeited.
- Consumption of alcohol or substances that impair judgment before or during the session may be cause for the therapist to decline or end the session at their discretion.
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client for any reason consistent with these terms.
7. Session Boundaries
Our sessions are professional relaxation and bodywork sessions. Clients may be draped with linens at all times. Any part of the body may be declined from treatment at the client's request. Therapists will not provide services outside of the styles described on our website.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- You understand that massage and bodywork are not a substitute for medical care.
- You agree to disclose any relevant medical condition, injury, or sensitivity that may affect the session.
- ACE Mobile Massage is not responsible for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed conditions.
- Our liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the amount paid for that session.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including photos, text, logos, and design — is the property of ACE Mobile Massage or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
10. Privacy

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any dispute arising from these terms or a session will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. By continuing to book with us after changes, you agree to the updated terms.
